Smudge practice is often used in ritual and ceremony for spiritual, emotional and physical balance and wellness. The cleansing essence of these plants and herbs smoke can help clear stuck and low vibration energies aiding in physical and mental healing and spiritual balance. Science has proven that burning sage and other healing herbs can help clear bacteria in the air from certain viral infections.
Smudge Fans and Wands are hand crafted with love using Vancouver Island sourced drift wood and natural tree sheddings.Goose, Rooster, Turkey, Pheasant , Wild Guinea Foul , Ostrich, Peacock, Grizzly Rooster and Copper Pheasant feathers.
Embellishments are added using Tarnish free and 925 sterling silver, repurposed copper wire, vegan leather, rescued/ repurposed leather ,up-cycled vintage jewelry pieces , new and vintage glass, shell, wood, tree resin and mystery beads, polished abalone pieces and crystals and healing stones.

Smudge sticks are made with Blue Sage , Yerba Santa and a small amount of ethically sourced white sage. Lola wraps these with additional seasonal herbs and flowers to add to the healing benefits of each unique smudge.
All smudge fans, wands, and wraps are smudged giving thanks to the earths creator for the gift of its scared smoke, intentional love and devotion to peace before being packaged. Additional herbs and flowers may include , rose, lavender, juniper, rosemary, thyme, blue spruce , cedar and pine. Organic Therapeutic Grade essential oils create added healing qualities to the sacred smoke.
When Smudging please Carefully respect the earths creators, giving thanks for these precious and sacred herbs. Practice with careful intention to uplift spirit and invite positivity and remove negativity to and from your body and home. A Smudge blessing will be included with kits.
Carefully light smudge until the embers stay lit, be patient as this may take some time.This is a great time to give thanks for the herbs and plants and set your intention for your smudge practice. Set smudge in shell or other fire safe bowl and use your wand or fan to waft the sacred smoke into all corners of your space, over your body and surrounding objects you may wish to cleanse.
Ensure Smudge is extinguished carefully after use and keep away from children and pets while using to prevent fire.
